Awesome experience! Purchase of Boston Whaler 150 Super Sport went extremely smooth. Dave and Tyler answered all of our questions and scheduled the mechanical evaluation/sea trial quickly. Will certainly be back.

We attended the 2022 New England Boat Show in Boston and fell in love with the Robalo Center Console boat. The dealer at the show told us there was no way we could get that boat for this season and to plan for next year. We went home and built the boat we wanted online and then were lucky enough to connect with Ben Irish who found us a boat in production that was available and able to finish up to fit our needs. We have been in the water with the new boat for a week and absolutely love it!! Ben was also able to sell our old boat in less than a week! He is professional, courteous and super responsive. I highly recommend Ben and his team!

Had an issue with my 2017 Merc 4 stroke 115 that got various opinions from many sources including the Mercury question hotline, to an actual Mercury engineer as well as many Mercury dealers and mechanics. It was not until we got in touch with the Raymond branch of PHM and a wonderful young lady who schedules service appointments in Raymond who directed me to Carl!! Carl immediately diagnose what he thought was the problem having seen it happen a few times in the past and after months of aggravation and dead ends we had a winner and a solution all costing me all of a few bucks and a lot of leg work!! We traded in our older larger Boston Whaler for a 15' Montauk. We worked with Dan Lambrides in sales and Mike Morrison in finance. These guys were wonderful. They made the transaction easy and stress- free. ( so unlike buying or trading an automobile !) I would buy a boat here anytime from these guys. My wife and I purchased a boat around two weeks ago from Port Harbor Marine. From the beginning at the boat show they were very professional, not pushy at all. We live out of state and for us to get our boat to them during the week would have been impossible. They picked my boat up where it was stored so we could complete the sale on the weekend. Everytime I contact them I recieve contact in some form quickly. Great staff! I could go on. I would highly recommend Port Harbor Marine.

Marc & Dan were fantastic! I have purchased a lot of boats in my life and by far this was the easiest most straight forward transaction. We are soon to take delivery of a new Robalo R202 Explorer, and Jonathan has been nothing but helpful and patient with our entire family through the process, he has dealt with an onslaught of questions from me and my wife, and put to the test with his knowledge of Robalo's by my son, and he has quickly and effectively every question completely making the experience very pleasant. I found a boat I wanted online on port harbor's website that was located at thier Holden location, about a three hour drive. Jonathan in sales was extremely quick to respond to my online inquiry, even though it was a Sunday! Within a week he had the boat delivered to the Raymond location for me to look at. The boat was perfect and I purchased it. Mike at the Raymond location was great too! Mike dealt with the bank and insurance agency. The port harbor marine team really made it easy from start to finish! Thanks! I'll see you for my next one!

I purchased a boat from Seth at Port Harbor that was through their brokerage. He was very helpful and transparent through the whole process. Buying a boat in the winter is risky because it's wrapped and winterized. I Unwrapped the boat last weekend and it was just as described and ran great. Definitely would buy through Port Harbor again!

I had a terrific experience with Marty in Sales and the Service manager Jim Peterson. The Service Technicians Mike Topman and Travis Alves were especially helpful getting my new/used trailer set up for towing my boat to Florida. They were up against time constraints and tag teamed each other to get the job done ahead of schedule. They did a great job servicing my twin Yamaha engines as well.

After doing our homework, we knew we picked the right boat. Our Sun Catcher pontoon boat it perfect. We quickly realized that the service behind the sale was even more important. The team at Port Harbor is amazing! We are brand new to boating and they have been extremely help, patient and just so nice to deal with.

We bought a Key West 1720 CC from Ron Dearborn. The experience was great, no pressure at all made our purchase easy and affordable. Ron has been great at following up with our questions. The boat was delivered to our home and we have been on the water ever since. Port Harbor and Ron are great to work with.

I just wanted to thank Amanda at Raymond for helping us out with a recent service. We needed some pontoons repaired, and she worked with Dylan to make sure we could drop the boat on Sunday, although that is typically a very busy day. She then made sure the boat got out to the welders and back for a Saturday pickup. This was especially important since this week is the only time we are here for a full week all summer. She really went out of her way to make sure we got the best possible outcome, and it is much appreciated. We bought from Port Harbor a few years ago because we wanted a relationship with a dealer right on Lake Sebago, and this is the reason why. Our salesman Tom Shaw definitely went above and beyond to make our buying experience simply the best. I have never purchased a boat through a dealership/brokerage before. After the sea trial Tom called me to notify me of a small problem that Travis the technician had found but not to worry and they would take care of it. I later found out the Travis went in at 6:00 am on a Saturday morning to get the problem corrected and to ensure that we would not lose a day of boating!! Outstanding service!!! This past Saturday I completed the purchase of a 2014 Key West 203 DFS working with Marty Sr. I just wanted to send you a note to let you know that Marty did an outstanding job working with me throughout the buying process. Some examples of his exceptional service included numerous communications with immediate responsiveness and correspondence prior to me presenting an offer. He was even immediately communicating with me on his scheduled day off. In addition, Marty was able to explain all of the details of the boat very accurately and clearly. Marty never once pressured me and has excellent interpersonal qualities. The top of the cake was this past Saturday, I live in Westport, MA and wanted to be able to sea trial because I had never driven in a Key West boat. Despite the fact that it was early February and the day after a winter storm, Marty did not hesitate to make this happen. I greatly appreciate all of his efforts and commend you on the manner of friendliness and professionalism I experienced buying from Port Harbor Marine.
